tomato eggplant and mozza salad

spices for goulash paprika, cumin, origano, bay leaf, chili and garlic

Tapenade

225 gr green olives.
2 garlic gloves
50 gr anchovy (tinned)
30 gr capers
1 lemon yested and juiced
20 ml brandy
200 ml olive oil
120 gr sun dried tomatoes
pepper to taste

Place all ingredients except olive oil in the kitchen cutter (robocoupe) and cut all ingredients fine. If you dont have a kitchen aid just use a knife and chop all ingredients.
Slowly add olive oil. Pepper to taste. Very nice to serve with tapas also with fish, poultry and vegetable dishes.

chocolade muffins

250 gr. butter
250 gr. powder sugar
8 eggs
1/2 tsp vanille sugar
400 gr flower
2 tbsp cacao
15 gr bakingpowder

Mix the butter with the powdersugar. Add the vanille sugar, flower and the cacao. Add the eggs one by one. Put the mixture in little baking cups you can also use cofee cups. Cook in the oven 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

teriyaki marinade

1 glass water
1 glass kikkoman soya sauce
1 glass honey
1 pack dashinomoto
3 cloves garlic
2 sheets nori (dried seaweed)
100 gr fresh ginger
500 gr sugar

1. Combine all ingredients and bring to boil
2. Reduce slightly and allow to cool
3. Use cold as a marinade
4. Use hot as extra sauce to finish dish

Perfect for chicken, porc, beef and fish like salmon or tuna.
